This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with internal sales, design, and project teams to deliver integrated workplace and modular construction solutions. A foundational understanding of project execution supports a smooth transition from sales to project delivery while maintaining strong client experience.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, research, and pursue prospective clients within defined target markets.
- Set goals and execute strategic sales and revenue‑growth plans.
- Research market trends, customers, competitors, and industry opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and value drivers.
- Collaborate with internal sales, design, and leadership teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Support contract discussions, pricing conversations, and client negotiations.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations that promote innovative workplace and modular solutions.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Challenge conventional workplace design thinking by encouraging innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with project management and design teams to ensure effective sales‑to‑project handoff.
- Support early project coordination by maintaining awareness of scope, schedules, and client expectations.
- Assist with high‑level understanding of logistics, delivery considerations, and execution requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage long‑term client relationships.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.
- Strong time‑management and organization skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and workplace solutions.
- General understanding of construction or modular project workflows is a plus.
- Expected annual pay range of $68,000 - $80,000 based on experience, plus commission opportunities.
