Position Overview
The part-time Broista position is primarily responsible for the creation of Dutch Bros drinks while following the set guidelines and vision of the company. Providing excellent customer service at all times, proving that we are a people company serving coffee, not a coffee company, serving people.
Job Qualifications

Must have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts
Must have current Food Handlers Certifications if applicable based on state and local laws
Schedule:
This role requires that you have availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Available to work a flexible, ever-changing schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
The Broista position requires you to be available to work at any shop within your Operator's territory, as needed.
Key Result Area (KRA)
Provide a moment of special to all customers through a convenient experience:
Drinks should be made and served according to Dutch Bros standards and be exactly what the customer ordered
Engage customers and welcome them to THEIR moment of special! Greet and thank every customer with a smile
Ask and educate; get the customer exactly what they want by providing them the opportunity to learn about our menu, products, and current specials
Show up on time, follow Dutch Bros appearance guidelines, and be ready to serve the customer
Maintain an excellent atmosphere for the customer Keep the music appropriate (in content and volume), and keep the shop sparkling clean
Be a good teammate Attend mandatory meetings, know your resources, and adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook

Physical Requirements
Constant standing/walking, up to 10 hours at a time
Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling
Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 lbs
Possible exposure to extreme heat and/or cold temperatures
Occasional ascending or descending on ladders and ramps
Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
Constant cash handling requiring mental math
Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
Compensation:
Up to $21.81 per hour
