What you’ll own- Narrative web work in Framer from concept to live
- The choreography of the story: pacing, states, scroll, transitions
- A reusable Framer system: components, tokens, patterns, CMS
- A fast launch cadence with tight loops from brief to ship
- Framer mastery with live links to complex builds and advanced interactions
- Portfolio that proves interactive storytelling, not just static comps
- Ability to go from idea to production without handoffs
- Comfort adding custom code in Framer (React, TypeScript, or beyond)
- Sharp design judgment and taste under speed
- Motion skills with Rive or Lottie
- 3D on the web with Three.js or Spline
- Experience improving clarity or conversion through interaction design
- 3 to 5 live Framer links and your role on each
- A short note on the narrative approach and key interactions
- Any system work: components, tokens, or CMS decisions
The cash compensation for this role is $165,000 to $220,000.
