For more information, click here.Job Summary:Drive sustainable growth in Social and E-commerce channels by enhancing platform traffic and expanding KOL, KOC, and affiliate partnerships. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sustainable growth strategies to enhance social and e-commerce platform traffic, working closely with Brand teams, E-KAM, media agencies, and TSPs to ensure seamless implementation and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement aggressive expansion plans for social and e-commerce affiliate programs, in close collaboration with Brand teams and MCNs, driving measurable growth and engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key KOLs, KOCs, and affiliates, fostering active engagement and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee retailer marketing solutions, including keyword search optimization, on-platform marketing initiatives, and off-platform traffic sources such as CPAS.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics and performance reports to identify actionable insights, enabling prompt optimization of ROI and conversion rates across both platform and affiliate investments.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform tools related to traffic and affiliate marketing, leveraging insights to optimize investment decisions and enhance overall campaign performance.
What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and social commerce marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of prioritizing tasks independently and managing projects end-to-end.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing or digital agencies.
  • Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and issue resolution.
  • Creative mindset with experience in crafting digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate target audiences.
  • Experience working with diverse functions such as sales, finance, supply chain, regulatory, and information management.
  • Knowledge of social commerce platforms, KOL/KOC management, and affiliate marketing.
