Within this ecosystem, GreenCars plays a critical role in educating and empowering customers as they explore electric, hybrid, and fuel-efficient vehicles. We are seeking a Brand Manager for GreenCars to help grow awareness of the brand, strengthen dealership engagement, and expand the reach of GreenCars.com. This role blends content strategy, digital marketing, retail activation, and event execution to connect GreenCars programs with both online audiences and in-store dealership experiences.
The Brand Manager will serve as a key connector across marketing, creative, SEO, CRM, retail, and sales teams—ensuring GreenCars initiatives are executed consistently and effectively across all channels while driving measurable engagement and lead generation.
Location: Hybrid or Remote
Compensation Range: $75,000-$100,000 plus bonus, with a typical starting range of $75,000-$85,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
What You’ll Do
- Support execution of GreenCars campaigns, content initiatives, dealership programs, and partner activations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership and retail teams to support program adoption
- Partner with marketing, sales, CRM, and retail teams to support lead generation and lead management efforts
- Assist with planning and execution of events and activations, including logistics, lead capture, and follow-up
- Support GreenCars.com content and communications across digital channels
- Track program performance and support reporting on campaign and activation results
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, events, CRM, or retail/dealership operations
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management, and performance reporting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting campaigns, activations, or event execution preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
- Willingness to travel up to ~1 week per month as needed
