About DroneDeploy
DroneDeploy powers field teams with robotics and AI. As the only reality capture platform that combines robotic automation, AI agents, and a truly unified system, DroneDeploy allows critical industries to operate with speed and confidence.

From construction and energy to agriculture, the world’s largest companies use DroneDeploy to simplify field operations, improve safety, and make smarter decisions, faster. By combining aerial drones, 360 and fixed cameras, ground robots and proprietary AI, we’re bringing the power of automation and visual intelligence to all stakeholders, from the field to the boardroom.

At DroneDeploy, we thrive in a mostly remote-first culture rooted in innovation and impact. We’ve been recognized as a Best Place to Work in the SF Bay Area and named one of America’s Great Places to Work—but what truly sets us apart is the experience you gain: solving real-world challenges with cutting-edge technology, surrounded by teammates who are as passionate as they are supportive. Our team is bold, mission-driven, and building something that matters. We foster a culture where a variety of perspectives drive smart decisions, and where growth—both personal and professional—is part of the journey. Whether it’s flexible schedules, family-friendly benefits, or our strong track record of internal promotions, we invest in people as much as we do in product. If you’re looking to be part of something ambitious, authentic, and transformative, you’ll find your place at DroneDeploy.

About the role
We’re looking for a talented and driven brand designer to help shape the visual voice of a company at the forefront of drones, robotics, AI, and reality capture. If you’re excited about motion, storytelling, and building thoughtful, consistent design across a growing brand, this could be the role for you.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career who’s eager to learn, grow, and stretch creatively. You’re passionate about good design and meaningful branding. You have a strong sense for translating ideas into clean, cohesive visuals, whether that’s a scroll-stopping social animation, a sleek web page, or a compelling presentation.

We’re seeking a collaborative, curious teammate who works with energy and intention. Someone who’s excited to explore motion design, test new tools, and push a bold brand even further.

Work Environment
> Work Hours: Standard working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility to accommodate different schedules.  Must be located in CST or EST timezone.
> Work Model: 100% remote, but the candidate must be based in the U.S.
> Work Travel: Occasional domestic travel for company events or team gatherings.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling brand assets across formats, from marketing campaigns and product launches to events, sales collateral and social media.
  • Produce static and animated content, including motion graphics, video overlays and short animations that bring our stories to life.
  • Design and iterate on marketing web pages, working within our Webflow and Figma systems to maintain visual consistency and excellent UX.
  • Support and evolve our visual identity by creating and maintaining brand templates, style guides and asset libraries.
  • Collaborate closely with our Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Product Design teams to translate ideas into beautiful, on-brand experiences.
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and offer feedback that elevates team-wide design work.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from kick-off through delivery, balancing quality with speed and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and content workflows is a plus – we’re always exploring ways to work smarter and faster.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design or brand-focused visual work (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work across digital formats (web, video, social, etc.).
  • AI experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Motion design experience is a must have.
  • Experience with Webflow or other no-code web design tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, layout and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., for asset generation, animation, or workflow automation) a plus.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience with drones or robotics is a plus.
