The Brand Designer, Social will play a critical role in elevating Midi Health’s social channels by creating a level of brand visuals and creative communications that match — and help define — the ongoing evolution of the Midi Health brand. You’re a designer first, but you love bringing bold creative ideas to life across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms, ensuring our social presence reflects the same innovation, care, and energy we bring to women’s healthcare. This position blends design mastery, cultural awareness, and brand storytelling to make every social touchpoint unforgettable.

  • Collaboration: Work with design leaders and partner with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that reinforce brand identity and messaging.
  • Performance Insight: Use analytics tools to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate on creative based on engagement metrics.

What you will need to succeed: 🌱

  • 6+ years of experience in visual design, ideally with a focus on social and digital content (agency and/or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio of brand work across social, digital and campaigns
  • Strong design instincts with deep understanding of layout, typography, photography and motion
  • Proven experience designing content for social media platforms, preferably for a consumer-facing brand
  • Hands-on experience creating for Instagram, TikTok and emerging social media platforms
  • Proven ability to translate brand standards and strategic objectives into inspiring, platform-specific creative
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong video editing skills (e.g. Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and ability to produce high-quality content quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

You may also have:

  • Agency Experience
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth marketing.
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Photography and basic videography experience

The interview process will include: 📚

  2. Hiring Manager Screen (30 min)
  3. Final Team Interviews (2 hours)
