As a Product Manager within the Consumer Bank - Branch Workplace Technology team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
You will partner with key stakeholders to enable a best-in-class technology experience for our 5,000+ branches by driving innovation, managing the strategic roadmap, and delivering tactical solutions for support and issue resolution. We seek a highly motivated Branch Health Product Owner to lead the development and deployment of a new Branch Health product, providing proactive monitoring and enhanced visibility of capabilities across our branch network.
Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Lead end-to-end product management across the full lifecycle, partnering with users, stakeholders, design, and technology
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to support UX research, design, and development, including business requirements and workflows
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization and story ranking
  • Drive teams to achieve delivery milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and inefficiencies
  • Ensure governance by tracking initiatives, prioritizing deliverables, addressing risks, and measuring progress for successful outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners and branch colleagues to address business needs and enhance customer support

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with diverse timelines and complexities
  • Proven ability to execute through strong stakeholder partnerships and influence across all levels and functions
  • Demonstrate structured thinking, curiosity, and effective communication, with excellent written skills
  • Demonstrate excellence in problem-solving
  • Track record of delivering results in dynamic, multi-priority environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Exhibit strong personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work
  • Possess deep understanding of Agile methodology; Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
