Minimum Qualifications:
•Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish to effectively support employee relations, training, and communication with a diverse workforce.
• 5-10 years' years of progressive Human Resources experience.
•Fluency in California compliance and legal requirements.
•Experience supporting HR operations within logistics, warehouse, transportation, or operational environments strongly preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
•Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PHR or equivalent preferred but not required.
