Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Sales & Marketing is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to support the Marketing organization. The individual selected for this role will partner closely with executive leadership, have the opportunity to collaborate across P&Ls in support of overarching Marketing goals, lead the execution of the organization management system, assist completion of data calls and actions aligned to executive priorities and initiatives, ensure adherence to business partner commitments, and support Sales & Marketing continuous improvement and Functional Excellence maturity. This position will be in either Seattle, WA, Arlington, VA or Plano, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Operationalizes, implements and integrates program business requirements
  • Guides and facilitates the development and integration of plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
  • Coordinates and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals
  • Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations for large scale complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies and ensure organizational alignment
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
  • Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval and provides implementation direction once approved
  • Establishes overall management system construct by utilizing the Program Management Best Practices
  • Utilizes the management systems, processes, and data analytics to provide insights on performance to committed plans
  • Utilizes data analytics to forecast performance to committed plans and consults with leaders on strategic opportunities
  • Ensures follow up action for issue resolution
  • Represents executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy and direction
  • Assists in task management and provides expert business advice to enable a more efficient use of executive resources
  • Ability to define the project, design/plan the project, manage the project team, and overall project execution
  • Ability to control and deliver project deliverables and optimize the contribution of the people involved
  • Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals and is embedded into the business
  • Develops business acumen and knowledge of policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the business and organization
  • Ability to understand the big picture and the interrelationships of and impacts to all positions and activities in the system

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
  • 3+ years' experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
  • 3+ years' experience with developing and delivering presentations to senior and executive leadership, using Smart Brevity
  • 3+ years' experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to undefined
  • 3+ years' experience developing and reporting performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 3+ years' experience working in a cross functional environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $118,150 - $171,350
