- Define non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, security, monitoring, and resiliency.
- Lead SIT and UAT strategy, defect triage, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure solution quality through governance reviews, stakeholder approvals, and best-practice implementation standards.
- Partner closely with business leaders, product owners, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, scope, and release readiness activities.
- Provide executive-level communication and status reporting.
- Mentor consultants, architects, and implementation teams.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions and establish long-term solution governance practices.
- Support project teams through architecture reviews and solution decision-making.
- 8+ years of Blue Yonder (JDA) consulting and solution delivery experience.
- Minimum 3–5 end-to-end Blue Yonder implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant.
- Deep expertise in Blue Yonder Enterprise Service Platform (ESP) and Order Promising (OP).
- Strong experience designing integrations with SAP, Oracle, EDI, OMS, WCS, and carrier management platforms.
- Proven ability to conduct discovery workshops, perform system analysis, and create comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Prior experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech product organizations.
- Hands-on experience with:
