Position Overview
The Billing and Invoicing Administrator will handle all aspects of billing and invoicing for the company, ensuring that clients are billed accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Generate and review invoices to ensure accuracy before sending to clients.
- Payment Processing: Track payments and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records and generate regular billing reports.
- Client Communication: Address client billing inquiries and assist with payment arrangements.
- Compliance: Ensure billing practices are compliant with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of billing or accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $24+ per hour (depending on experience).
