About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and reliable Bilingual Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative and operational tasks, communicate confidently with international clients, and help keep workflows running smoothly in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling across time zones
- Handle incoming and outbound calls
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with customer support and follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and project tasks
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom)
- Experience working with international or multilingual teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools
- Customer service or client-facing experience
- Previous experience supporting executives or remote teams
