Position Summary:  

We are looking to hire a new bilingual front desk receptionist for our busy medical office. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the face of our clinic—setting the tone for a welcoming, professional visit.  

 
Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner  
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments 
  • Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed  
  • Answer incoming calls, checking voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately 
  • Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments 
  • Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently  
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:  

  • High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred 
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a medical receptionist in a fast paced environment  
  • Minimum 1 year experience with medical scheduling  
  • Must have proficient computer/typing skills  
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills  
  • Bilingual required - English and Spanish speaking  
  • Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles preferred  

Pay range:  $19.75-$21.00/hr  

Schedule:  

Clinic Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm,
  • Friday 8:00am-1:00pm  

Work Location: Northglenn Clinic, in person, 100% onsite
