What you'll do:
- Serve as a trusted resource to Sales and Sales Leadership, supporting the sales process and handling internal workflows and Salesforce inquiries.
- Collaborate across departments (Finance, Legal, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, etc.) to drive smooth, timely deal cycles.
- Proactively communicate updates and reduce operational noise so sellers can focus on selling.
- Gather feedback from sales and partner teams to recommend process and system enhancements to Sales Ops leadership.
- Organize trainings and regular meetings with AEs and Sales Managers to keep operations running smoothly.

What will help you succeed
Minimum requirements:
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Must reside in the Central Time Zone.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

- Experience supporting Account Executives or sales teams.
- High emotional intelligence with a strong "customer-first" attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Compensation and rewards
- The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
- Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
- We also offer medical/dental benefits and a company-matched 401(k) plan for retirement.
