Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 468-unit apartment community in Aurora! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
  • Yardi/CRM experience is required. 
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work on Saturday with an alternative day off during the week, once per month.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Friday, one Saturday per month
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday hours vary
Required License or Certification: Valid CO Driver’s License
