The Bid Coordinator plays a key role in managing and supporting the end-to-end bid process. This includes coordinating proposal development, ensuring timely submissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Maintain bid schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, legal, finance, talent) to gather required inputs
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards
  • Format and edit proposal documents for clarity, consistency, and professionalism
  • Track bid status, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support post-submission activities such as clarifications and presentations
  • Maintain bid library and templates for future use
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, or sales support
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document collaboration tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred
  • Experience with government or enterprise RFPs
  • Familiarity with proposal automation tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio)
  • Understanding of procurement processes and sales cycles
