Job Duties:

Responsible for partnering with teams across the organization to understand their analytics needs and create dashboards and reporting that allow them to execute more effectively.  Work with business leaders to define key metrics and build reporting to monitor and understand performance along those metrics.  Conduct in-depth data analyses that lead to actionable insights for stakeholders' decision making.  Take ownership of the analysis process from ideation to execution to presentation of findings to stakeholders.  Develop data models in Credible’s data warehouse that enable performant, intuitive analyses.  Build data pipelines and python-based ETL tools for getting, processing, and delivering data.  Anticipate business needs to design data analytical solutions to improve the efficiency of business operation.  Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and improve the database infrastructure to better fit the analytical needs.  Be the driving force behind the adoption and effective use of Credible’s BI tool within every team at Credible.  Telecommuting permitted from any location in the U.S.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in business intelligence analysis or related experience conducting data analysis, including experience in designing and building data pipelines; and developing models and visualizations in Looker or Power BI.

*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Experience writing SQL queries and using BI tools; 2) Experience using the command line and git; 3) Knowledge of statistics; 4) Experience in scripting language such as Python for data processing and analysis; 5) Experience with Hypothesis testing and A/B testing modeling; and 6) Experience working in an e-commerce or fintech industry

This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
