Create, update and maintain employer plans
Meet Service Level Agreements for completing setup of Employer plans
Review setup of plans with a high degree of accuracy
Process plan changes
Complete plan year closings
Process requests for consumer accounts per forms or internal service requests
Process closures of accounts
Post contribution checks to accounts
Issue distributions and transfer requests per consumer’s direction
Review Identify Verification Failures
Review submitted documentation for account verification of Health Savings Accounts
Remove funds per partner guidelines for past due accounts
Work internal service requests for accounts
Work through various tasks in OnBase queues
Work through tasks in OnBase double check queues
Monitor team mailbox
Perform research on transactions for partners
Review current process for improvement opportunities
Work with the Service Teams to develop new procedures
Document and train team on new procedures
Communicate changes to the various Service Center teams
Experience you'll bring
1 – 2 years experience supporting Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements preferred.
1 – 2 years experience in training and customer service preferred; or equivalent combination of education experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
Computer proficiency required. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
