We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Back-End Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain the server-side logic and architecture of our platform. You will work collaboratively with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient e-commerce experience.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the back-end systems of our e-commerce platform.
- Build scalable and secure APIs to support front-end functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve back-end issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with emerging back-end technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., PHP, Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Professional experience with PHP and Magento development.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
