Job Description

We are expanding our business reach and are looking to bring on board a 'hunter' - A polished communicator, influencer, and successful business development pro who is eager to grow with a blue-chip organization like Sears.
This role is part account management, part building new business.
But it is all about heart and dedication:
o    You'll be trained in our practices then run your own show, and travel half of your time.
o    You'll enjoy a base salary and lucrative back-end incentive structure.

Qualifications

You'd bring the following credentials and competencies to the table:
-3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience
 
-Experience managing a client portfolio with significant sales volume
 
-Superior prospecting, marketing, and account management abilities
 
-Familiarity with SalesForce
