  • Produce architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and release plans, and uphold quality through design reviews

Presales & Consulting

  • Partner with sales and account teams to lead scoping calls and shape new Azure pursuits

  • Develop level of effort estimates, staffing models, and SOW language for proposals

  • Deliver client facing presentations and technical positioning alongside Microsoft account teams

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client IT leadership, security, and audit and compliance stakeholders

Practice Growth

  • Mentor architects and engineers, and support onboarding as engagements scale

  • Contribute reusable patterns, templates, and accelerators that raise delivery quality

  • Track the Azure roadmap and recommend how our offerings should evolve

Qualifications
  • 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud architecture, including 7+ years of current, hands-on Azure

  • Deep expertise across Azure governance, landing zones, networking, compute, storage, identity, and security

  • Proven track record leading Azure migrations and modernization programs from assessment through cutover

  • Hands-on proficiency with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates, plus scripting in PowerShell or Azure CLI

  • Consulting experience: workshop facilitation, presales estimation, SOW creation, and executive presentation

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and streamline delivery

  • Required certification: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Additional certifications, such as Cybersecurity Architect Expert, DevOps Engineer Expert, or AZ-500

  • Regulated industry experience (financial services, insurance, healthcare), including audit readiness

  • Hybrid and VMware exit experience using Azure Migrate, Azure Arc, Azure Local, and Azure Site Recovery

  • Multi-cloud exposure (AWS, GCP) and FinOps experience

  • Prior experience with a Microsoft partner consultancy or Microsoft

  • U.S. based remote candidates welcome; willingness to travel up to 25 percent for key client workshops
