Role Description
- Collaborate with solution architects and peers to design and implement Azure-native infrastructure solutions, including networking, compute, storage, identity, and security.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, or similar.
- Help define and enforce governance policies with Azure Policy, Blueprints, and RBAC under guidance from senior team members.
- Work with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure provisioning into CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in cost, performance, and reliability optimization for Azure workloads.
- Assist with cloud architecture reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Stay current on Azure innovations and proactively recommend improvements.
- Work closely with application developers deploying to Azure environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Proficient with Azure IaaS/PaaS services and Azure networking (e.g., VNETs, NSGs, Private Link, ExpressRoute, VPNs, Azure Firewall).
- Experience with enterprise identity management (Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA).
- Good understanding of Azure security (IAM, policies, management groups, Defender, Sentinel, Key Vault).
- Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM).
- Familiarity with Azure governance and cost management tools.
- Exposure to container orchestration (AKS) or serverless (Azure Functions) is a plus.
- Experience with O365 Tenant management is a plus.
- Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) strongly preferred

- Expertise in leveraging cloud-based platforms and services to build, deploy, and manage applications and data on the internet - Intermediate
- Experience in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security. - Intermediate
- Familiarity with tools such as Puppet, KernelCare, Tenable, and/or Tanium for automating and managing cloud environments. - Intermediate
- Understanding of directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP for efficient user and resource management. - Intermediate
- Ability to implement and manage DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and monitoring to enhance the collaboration between development and operations teams, preferred – Intermediate

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000, which includes a flat base. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
