You will own the relationship, technical collaboration, go-to-market strategy, and revenue generation aligned to AWS programs and field teams.

Your depth of experience with modern data infrastructure, big data Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and the broader AWS cloud platform ecosystem gives you first-hand insights into the vendors and industry trends that will enable your success in driving these partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan with AWS that drives all aspects of partner portfolio results, including executive interlocks, certification plans, solution development, partner marketing, and demand generation.
  • Develop a strategy to certify and engage existing partners in the AWS ecosystem and to identify and recruit new partners to achieve required technology integration and growth objectives.
  • Deliver against an overall AWS partner and co-sell quota, including sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue tied to AWS programs and routes to market.
  • Collaborate with team members in Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, Partner Operations, and Consulting to achieve desired outcomes for AWS-aligned deals and programs.
  • Maintain an appropriate balance of partner-sourced bookings and certified technology integrations tied to AWS, ensuring both revenue impact and depth of technical alignment.
Required Skills and Experience

  • Deep understanding of the global Big Data market, technologies, and partner ecosystem, with specific experience in cloud-based data platforms and analytics (ideally on AWS).
  • Experience building successful go-to-market campaigns with ISVs that run on or integrate with AWS, resulting in a balanced mix of partner-sourced bookings and integrated solutions.
  • Successful experience in a quota-carrying role driving revenue through partners or alliances.
  • Firm grasp of enterprise software, preferably with experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex, multi-party deals and partner priorities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
