The Opportunity:

Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide activities of more junior employees.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience working in a cloud engineering, cloud operations, or cloud architect role in AWS

• Experience with Amazon CloudFormation, Systems Manager, Patch Manager, Automation, and Windows or Linux administration

• Experience with AWS transit gateway, VPC, DNS, and load balancing

• Experience with Elastic Container Service (ECS) or Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)

• Secret clearance

• AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, or AWS SysOps Administrator Associate Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in AWS GovCloud environment

• Experience with AWS Lambda, CloudFront, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, or CodeDeploy

• Ability to work on a geographically dispersed team

• Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
