Lead development and advancement of complex, customer-specific supply chain solutions. Engage customers to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, build pricing and proposals with Finance, support RFPs, coordinate cross-functionally for execution readiness, and pursue opportunity expansion and margin growth. Participate in customer meetings and site visits as needed.
Essential Job Functions
- Actively develops and advances complex solution opportunities within assigned customer segments or accounts.
- Engages directly with customers to understand business needs and translates requirements into tailored solution designs.
- Positions and sells integrated, customer‑specific solutions across the company’s service portfolio.
- Partners with Pricing and Finance to develop pricing models, assumptions, and solution economics.
- Prepares and delivers customer‑facing proposals, pricing recommendations, and solution presentations.
- Conducts disciplined follow‑up to progress opportunities and expand volume and margin with existing customers.
- Supports formal RFPs, structured solicitations, and complex customer requests.
- Collaborates cross‑functionally to validate solution feasibility and readiness for execution.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends and competitive developments relevant to assigned opportunities.
- Participates in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with major or significant coursework in business, supply chain, transportation, or communications preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or solution‑focused commercial roles within a supply chain or services environment.
- Experience supporting or closing complex, customer‑specific solution sales.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales enablement tools.
- Experience with full outsourcing and fully managed solutions, including the ability to assess customer needs, align internal capabilities, and deliver scalable outcomes, is a plus.
- Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally in complex environments, bringing together multiple stakeholders to drive decisions and execute against a common goal.
Ability to travel up to 25% to support customer engagement and opportunity execution.
Salary: ~ $125,000/year base salary + Bonus/Commission & Equity program eligibility
