About the Role
DAS Health is seeking a results-driven AVP, Growth Marketing & Demand Generation to build and lead a scalable marketing engine that drives pipeline, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue impact.
This is a hands-on, build-from-the-ground-up leadership role. You will be responsible for creating the infrastructure, systems, and processes that power demand generation, marketing automation, and revenue marketing—while partnering closely with sales to drive pipeline and improve conversion outcomes.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and is passionate about aligning marketing efforts directly to business growth.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline generation
  • Build and execute scalable demand generation strategies across channels
  • Develop campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline
  • Improve conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Design and execute ABM strategies aligned to high-value target accounts
  • Partner closely with sales on segmentation, targeting, and engagement
  • Build campaigns that improve account penetration and revenue growth
Marketing Automation & CRM Ownership
  • Own and optimize marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Build and manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle workflows
  • Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and funnel visibility
  • Establish scalable systems that support long-term growth
Digital Marketing & Website Performance
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid media, and website performance
  • Optimize website for traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Continuously test, measure, and improve campaign performance
Revenue Operations & Analytics
  • Establish reporting frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models
  • Measure marketing’s impact on pipeline, revenue, and ROI
  • Forecast performance and provide insights to leadership
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing and revenue operations
Events & Customer Engagement
  • Own event marketing strategy, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
  • Manage and partner with the Field Marketing & Events Manager
  • Ensure events contribute measurable pipeline and revenue
Sales Alignment & Revenue Impact
  • Partner closely with sales to align on pipeline goals and targets
  • Ensure sales has the tools, leads, and support needed to convert
  • Help improve win rates, cross-sell, and incremental revenue
Build & Scale the Function
  • Build the demand generation and growth marketing function from the ground up
  • Roll up your sleeves to execute while building toward a scalable team
  • Partner with leadership to define long-term marketing strategy and structure

Required Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Healthcare IT experience (required)
  • Proven success in demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue marketing
  • Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM ownership (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership
Preferred Experience
  • Background in SaaS, managed services (MSP), or cybersecurity
  • Experience with ABM strategies and segmentation
  • Experience building or rebuilding marketing infrastructure from scratch
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and attribution modeling
