RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and client status
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous sales experience required. Previous automotive sales experience a plus
- Proven track record of employment stability and success.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
- Strong sales closing ability & ethical business practices
- Excellent communication skills, negotiating skills, follow up skills, motivational skills and organizational skills
- Strong ambition and work ethic to do what is necessary to be the best
- Ability and desire to deliver world class customer service
- Relationship sales skills that promote long term client retention.
- Must have a valid Colorado Drivers License and ability to be licensed and bonded in the State of Colorado for Auto Sales
- Must be willing to submit a background check and drug screen prior to employment. We are a drug free workplace
