We are hiring an Atlassian SME  to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives. 

What you'll be doing:

As an Atlassian SME,  you will utilize your deep knowledge of Atlassian tools in order to effectively implement, configure, and optimize them into workflows, specifically within the VA. 

What you’ll bring:

  • Deep expertise within the Atlassian suite of tools, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and OpsGenie. 
  • Experience configuring Jira projects, workflows and custom fields
  • The ability to optimize Confluence for team collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • The ability to integrate Atlassian tools with other systems (eg. Github, Slack, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience training users and admins on best practices
  • The ability to manage users permissions and security settings
  • Experience working in Agile software development teams
  • Strong communication skills for effectively engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A team player with the desire and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, managers and product managers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically 
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $120,000 – $160,000
