Opportunity! 

We are looking for an Atlassian Consultant to join our Atlassian Practice and help organizations modernize collaboration, service management, and engineering workflows using the Atlassian ecosystem.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience configuring and administering Atlassian products and Atlassian Marketplace applications
  • Proven success delivering cloud migrations, process transformations, or enterprise tool implementations
  • Strong experience working with Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related ecosystem tools
  • Experience participating in discovery workshops to define business outcomes, tool architecture, and process alignment
  • Ability to configure Atlassian and other SaaS platforms based on evolving client requirements
  • Experience creating training and enablement materials to support long-term platform adoption
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and project delivery workflows
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills for client workshops and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel engagements and client priorities
Bonus points:
  • Experience with Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations including app assessments, data cleanup, and migration planning
  • Experience implementing Enterprise Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Experience working with Atlassian Guard, Atlassian Intelligence, and AI-enabled automation capabilities
  • Experience with Atlassian Forge, including building and deploying custom Jira and Confluence applications, is a plus
  • Experience building or integrating Atlassian Rovo agents into automation workflows
  • Familiarity with scripting or integrations using Groovy, Python, or REST APIs
  • Knowledge of identity management systems such as Okta, Azure AD, or SAML-based SSO integrations
  • Experience integrating developer ecosystems such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Bamboo, or other CI/CD platforms
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery practices, documentation, and workflow automation
