What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you’ll be the primary architect of the Trimble Platform vision, directly influencing how global B2B customers leverage our assets to solve complex challenges and shaping the future of digital construction.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Architect the Vision: Develop and evangelize a compelling strategic roadmap for the Trimble Platform that aligns with our highest-level business objectives.

  • Champion GTM Success: Spearhead global go-to-market strategies, including innovative pricing and packaging models, to ensure commercial excellence for platform services.

  • Empower a High-Performing Team: Mentor and scale a diverse, geographically distributed organization of product managers and designers to foster a culture of innovation.

  • Bridge Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing units to deliver seamless, impactful platform capabilities.

  • Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Own the metrics for success, using deep analytical insights to guide product health and report progress to executive stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant leadership background in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • You possess a proven track record of successfully launching platform products on a global scale.

  • You are an expert in developing go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and agile development methodologies.

  • You are a natural communicator with a talent for influencing and managing complex stakeholder relationships at all levels.

  • Bonus Points For

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or technical background in Computer Science or Engineering.

  • Direct experience in the Construction or AECO technology sector.

  • Familiarity with modern cloud and data technologies like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$189,900.00–$256,500.00
