Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Used Serviceable Materials Repair Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.
In this role the candidate will participate in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements, performance to contractual obligations and expectations, and oversight of repair management. Additionally, you will gather and review data for use in supplier performance evaluations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepares and executes sending parts out for repair in coordination with Product Line Managers
- Works with Product Line Managers and Repair Managers to review and approve vendor quotes.
- Coordinates ship dates from Vendors and expedite when necessary.
- Process Inbound deliveries and responsible for resolving any issues in getting repaired parts back into stock.
- Review and identify technical documentation in determining alternate parts for repair management activities.
- Report and discuss Vendor KPIs in coordination with Repair Manager.
- Reviews and works any invoicing issues with Vendor.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues.
- Provide support in the development of mitigation plans.
- Work to improve product delivery and quality performance.
- Support the development and implementation of supplier project plans.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word
- 3+ years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3 or more years' related work experience
- Experience working within the Aviation Industry with focus on Repairs
- Experience working with Used Serviceable Material
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents
