About the Role

Airship’s Strategic Services team partners with some of the world’s most recognizable brands to bring their mobile and cross-channel engagement strategies to life. This team brings together strategy, execution, and analytics across four key pillars — strategic platform enablement, mobile strategy and optimization, experience delivery, and reporting & insights services.

Our team of expert digital marketers and trusted advisors helps customers get the most from the Airship platform — from shaping mobile-first marketing strategies to delivering and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable impact.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic consulting skills within a dynamic and supportive environment. This role requires an analytical mindset, a knack for structured problem-solving, and the ability to contribute high-quality, impactful content that accelerates exceptional customer outcomes.

  • Documentation Support: Prepare and refine internal and client-facing education and presentation content and materials

Execution & Delivery Contribution

  • Presentation Development: Contribute to the creation of presentations, proposals, knowledge assets, and structuring data and narratives for internal and client content, workshops, or strategy sessions
  • Platform Proficiency: Develop proficiency with Airship’s User Interface (UI) to contribute actionable recommendations and translate complex customer use cases into live campaigns

Data & Insights Collation

  • Data Collection and Organization: Identify data needs, gather, and organize client performance and campaign data that underpin strategic recommendations
  • Basic Analytics Application: Apply native platform analytics and external tools (e.g., Excel, reporting dashboards) for data analysis, integrating project outputs and broader market trends to uncover strategic insights for client projects
  • High-Impact Reporting: Generate and present data and insights in a clear format and simple narrative that contributes directly to impact measurement and reporting to secure customer buy-in and drive recommendation adoption

Collaboration and Team Integration

  • Internal Communication: Actively collaborate and communicate with Strategic Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Account Managers to ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth project delivery
  • Team Support: Contribute to team initiatives and readiness, supporting activities such as strategic inputs for proposals, developing documentation and knowledge management, and building new team content, processes, insights, or methodologies
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on Airship features, digital marketing and technology trends, and best practices to support ongoing professional growth and internal knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience (e.g., project work in marketing, communications, consulting, or related fields)
  • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and a foundational knowledge in compelling presentation and visual storytelling
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of owned marketing channels (email, mobile, web, SMS) and familiarity key customer experience principles
  • Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (account management, technical, support, product, and marketing)
  • Agility: Maintains focus and manages priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Problem Solving: Curious and customer-focused mindset, proactively asking questions and connecting project inputs and ideas for actionable solutions
  • AI & Innovation: Familiarity with, or openness to learning, AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to enhance research, content creation, presentation development, and customer experience mock-ups
We'd Be Delighted If You Also Have
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Digital marketing channel experience (not social or paid)
