Summary:
In this role, you support the contract documentation on categories in the Kaiser Permanente (KP) Direct/Medical business line. You will collaborate with the client, relevant client stakeholder committees, and the assigned Service Line Directors (SLDs). You will have significant collaboration with internal and external colleagues will be required to best accommodate client needs and deliver high value.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and documentation of contract terms and conditions, pricing, Statements of Work, requirements, and other relevant information for new agreements and amendments.
- Partner closely with the Service Line Directors (SLDs) to ensure accurate review, alignment, and approval of all agreements and amendments.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to the SLDs regarding contract reviews, approvals, and outstanding items.
- Capture and document business, service, and operational requirements needed for contract drafting or direct supplier negotiations.
- Collaborate with the SLDs and engage with stakeholders to clarify and validate requirements for inclusion in contract documents.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned sourcing initiatives while adhering to established policies, procedures, and standards of business conduct.
- Draft contract documents in a clear, organized, and logical manner to support full understanding by clients and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- No previous experience required, but is preferred.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and redlining documents is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design and write documents in the clearest and most logical way to ensure contracts are clearly understood by client and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
