Pay Range
$57,800.00-$79,400.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The main goal of the Associate Sales Operations Analyst is to uphold the guarantee within Sales Opportunities and ensure JM contractors installing JM Roofing Systems receive exceptional service regarding all Guarantee issues. JM is committed to the quality of their commercial roofing products and the workmanship of their contractors throughout the entire roof life cycle.
In this role, you'll manage the Guarantee process from the sales order or initial technical review to the issuance of the Guarantee. You'll promptly address all customer inquiries, collaborate with JM stakeholders to resolve complex issues, and serve as the Guarantee expert for the JM Roofing Systems team.
In this position, you'll collaborate with customers and JM colleagues daily to solve problems, deepen your expertise in the commercial roofing industry, contribute to the sales process, and play a vital role in JM's commercial roofing operations. By working cross-functionally with various service and sales roles, you'll help streamline order processing, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost internal efficiencies.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage and facilitate the Guarantee process: Support Guarantee application submissions, coordinate and configure Guarantee application data, ensure all Guarantee requirements are met, handle billing and invoicing, manage change requests, and provide frontline support for the customer portal, to integrate the guarantee within the sales process.
- Advise and partner with roofing contractors: Proactively issue guarantees, ensuring all necessary information is available before the initial project shipment and installation.
- Ensure pricing accuracy: Upon receipt of purchase orders, ensure accurate and consistent use of quotes in SAP orders by collaborating closely with the Account Specialist and pricing teams.
- Collaborate cross functionally: Internal point of contact to navigate customer’s specific business requirements throughout the JM sales and guarantee process.
- Ensuring data quality issues: Supporting the collection of and maintaining relevant project specific data and information throughout the sales cycle, and to leverage this data for future business growth potential.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience in customer-centric sales/service operations or project management, OR High School/Technical School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer-centric or sales/service operations.

- Travel:
- Minimal travel required (0-10 days per year).
