Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our growing team as an Associate Program Manager!  In Maine, CLEAResult proudly supports Efficiency Maine’s award-winning heat pump and insulation programs, promoting upgrades with rebates, loans, marketing, technical support, and stakeholder outreach.  The Associate Program Manager will play an important role in making sure these programs are delivered effectively and in a manner that drives verifiable, cost-effective energy efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.  As part of this effort, the Associate Program Manager will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including other members of the CLEAResult team, Efficiency Maine staff, registered installers, and program participants.

  • Support efforts to facilitate program participation and drive high levels of both client and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross functional internal teams.

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives.

  • Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative.

  • Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery.

  • Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress.

  • Support Clients effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

$78,000 - $95,000

Compensation Range

$76,100.00 - $114,200.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
