Title: Associate Product Manager

Location: Remote from the U.S.

About the Role
LTK seeks a motivated Associate Product Manager to support the platform that powers gifting and paid collaborations between top creators and brands. The Brand Platform is part of LTK’s “All-in-One Creator Marketing” platform, connecting creators, brands, and consumers in a thriving social marketplace.

In this role, you will assist in designing the end-to-end experience for both brands and creators, including campaign creation, negotiation, digital contracting, secure payments, and performance measurement. You will contribute to building scalable revenue streams for creators while helping provide brands with a high-ROI, authentic marketing channel they can trust.

As an APM, you will work closely with engineering, design, data science, sales, operations, marketing, and legal teams to support the delivery of high-impact product solutions. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to launch, iteration, and post-launch optimization—while learning from senior PMs and contributing to key initiatives.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Translate Strategy into Execution: Assist senior PMs in translating the vision of founders and leadership into actionable product plans and roadmap items.
  • End-to-End Product Contribution: Support feature definition, write user stories under guidance, manage portions of the backlog, and contribute to trade-off discussions to help ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Product Execution & Quality: Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver product features, help identify and triage quality issues, and verify features meet requirements across devices and international points of sale.
Customer Insight & Feedback: Gather and synthesize feedback from usability tests, surveys, support tickets, and other channels to inform decisions, under the guidance of senior PMs.
  • Marketplace & Financial Systems: Support initiatives around campaign proposals, offer negotiation, digital contracting, and payment systems to help ensure accurate, timely payouts for creators.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Assist in defining instrumentation for projects, analyze results, and generate insights to help inform future features and roadmap priorities.
  • AI & Emerging Tech: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Enterpret, Glean) responsibly to automate routine tasks, summarize user feedback, and accelerate insights, while learning to integrate findings into decision-making.
  • Strategic Awareness: Understand your product area in the context of broader team and company goals, and learn to align initiatives with overall objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Support the identification of impacted stakeholders, gather input, and communicate updates and trade-offs clearly under the guidance of senior PMs.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with design, engineering, and other teams to help unblock work, contribute to alignment, and deliver quality product experiences.

What You Will Bring to LTK

  • Early Product Experience: 2+ years in product, analytics, design, or a related field. Internships or project experience is welcome.
  • Analytical & Data-Informed: Comfortable learning to work with cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and analytics tools like Amplitude, Fullstory, Looker, or Athena.
  • Product Execution:  Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) including documenting requirements, stories and epics, representing product in ceremonies with design and engineering, managing tradeoffs between scope and schedule.
  • Customer Empathy: Strong interest in understanding creators and brands and translating their feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Eager to work closely with teammates, learn from cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to shared goals.
  • Communication & Influence: Able to clearly articulate ideas and insights to team members and stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing & Ad-Tech Curiosity: Interest in CMOs, media buyers, and performance marketing; exposure to platforms like Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
  • Hands-On Attitude: Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic learning with tactical contributions.
  • Quality Awareness: Developing ability to step into the customer’s perspective to ensure product meets expectations.
  • Growth Mindset & Adaptability: Embraces feedback, continuously improves, and adapts to changing priorities.

Growth & Development

  • Work closely with senior PMs to learn product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to cross-functional projects and key product decisions.
  • Build the foundation to eventually own product areas and lead initiatives independently.
  • Receive mentorship, structured learning opportunities, and feedback to accelerate growth into a full Product Manager role.
