Job Description SummaryWe are looking for an Associate Product Manager for CCU – General Imaging & Primary Care (GIPC) segment to enable the transition from CapEx to recurring revenue business model.
This individual will work closely with the Senior PMs, & business leaders for GIPC to understand the long-term business strategy for recurring revenue transformation and help translate it into an actionable roadmap for the Agile scrum teams. This individual will be intimately involved with the Agile scrum teams and the program team to deliver the roadmap priorities with quality and on-time across the GIPC product portfolio. The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills, capability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, and an aptitude to drive execution and maintain operational rigor.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage and flesh out User stories aligned to scenarios and epic planning
  • Requirements detailing from a business perspective and business rules definition for development teams
  • Data flow for key domain concepts and entities as a part of Use case/User story or workflow definition
  • Sprint planning and feature backlog for development teams in conjunction with Product Manager.
  • Identifying and detailing User personas for the product and nuances thereof.
  • Support triaging and change management either for defects or enhancements to existing feature/new feature.
  • Impact analysis for any change introduced within the product for existing sprint or overall feature delivery
  • Shape MVPs and review/support ATDs for business features
  • Facilitate requirement workshops with clients and internal teams
  • Support Architecture in creating conceptual model for Product, APIs and Data elements.
  • Proactively capture, track, and drive all issues to closure
  • Regularly communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and provide input on the product roadmap and strategy.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software product development
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology; strong technical background and experience working on Agile teams
  • Prior experience in the Medical Device/Healthcare Industry

  • Customer orientation:  self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and influence teams
  • Execution mindset.
