About the RoleAs an Associate Partner Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving partner growth and operational excellence across our accounts. In Year 1, you will balance business operations including workflow coordination and execution with active, partner-facing support to help scale existing accounts. This hands-on experience ensures you master our processes and partner dynamics before fully stepping up to independently own account portfolios in Year 2.
To drive success in this role, you will bring a hands-on approach and an eagerness to learn conversion optimization and revenue growth strategies. You will support partner growth initiatives by tracking performance metrics and assisting with integration workflows. Regular collaboration with Client Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Designers, and Product will be key as you coordinate internal teams to ensure operational goals and growth targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize cross-team operational tasks, internal coordination, execution, product ideation and consistent project follow-ups.
Support business operations across high impact accounts
Collaborate regularly with internal cross-functional teams (including Client Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Data Scientists, and Designers) to support project completion and partner growth goals.
Design, execute, and measure conversion and price optimization experiments to optimize yield and user experience.
Monitor solution data, identify adoption/utilization trends, and assist with performance forecasting and reporting.
What you will bring:
Experience in high-growth B2C environments across Operations, Data Analytics, Product, Design, or Marketing.
Strong interest in path to top tier account management or partner-facing trajectory from a similar role, or an analytical or operational background.
Hands-on experience with cross-functional coordination, ticketing workflows, data analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with web user experience principles, conversion rate optimization, pricing strategies, or user journeys.
Prior client/partner-facing experience or high-volume top-of-funnel operational experience (e.g., SDR/inbound coordination) is a plus, but not strictly required for Year 1.
What you will have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience); a postgraduate degree or strong academic background is a plus.
A ground-level, hands-on mindset with an eagerness to master operational details and execution before stepping into account ownership.
Strong communication and relationship-building traits aimed at developing trusted advisor status over time.
A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and receiving constructive feedback.
