As a Partner Development Associate, you will support Regional Partner Managers in recruiting, developing, and enabling new and existing channel partners in North America. You will contribute to our growth strategy by helping create and execute plans that strengthen partner engagement and performance. This is a junior-level partner manager role, primarily focused on supporting the broader partner organization.
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding – Assist Partner Managers in identifying and onboarding new partners aligned with GoTo’s ideal partner profile, helping expand our reach in untapped regions and segments.
- Enablement & Activation – Support partner readiness by delivering tailored onboarding and enablement initiatives in collaboration with sales, marketing, and distribution teams.
- Pipeline Development & KPIs – Support revenue growth by helping to generate and track partner-attributed pipeline and opportunities.
- Partner Engagement Strategy – Collaborate with the partner team to maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins, training, and joint planning sessions.
- Reporting & Optimization – Deliver regular reports with clear KPIs and insights to continuously optimize partner recruitment and development strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
As a Partner Development Associate, your background may include:
- 1+ years of experience in partner/channel management, B2B sales, or ecosystem development.
- Exposure to managing strategic relationships with partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working towards defined KPIs and reporting on business outcomes (e.g., pipeline influenced, number of activated partners, engagement metrics).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and openness to taking on a variety of tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting (e.g., Salesforce).

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $90,950.00 - $123,050.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
