Role Overview
We’re looking for an Associate, Paid Search to support the day-to-day execution of campaigns across major search platforms. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in digital marketing. You’ll get hands-on exposure to how search drives performance, while developing the foundational skills needed to grow in the space.
What You’ll Do
• Support the development of new campaigns through research and data gathering
• Help pull insights that inform strategic planning and audience targeting
• Set campaigns live across Google, Microsoft, and other key platforms
• Monitor pacing, budgets, bids, and performance on an ongoing basis
• Assist in optimization and testing plans to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
• Use platform tools and bid management systems to make updates and pull reports
• Analyze data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform reporting
• Keep tabs on competitor activity and broader search trends
• Maintain accurate billing documentation and monthly reporting
What You Bring
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or class projects in media/marketing a plus)
• Strong with numbers and confident working in Excel
• Sharp eye for detail and a high bar for accuracy
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Organized and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping balls
• Naturally curious and proactive about learning and problem-solving
• Able to collaborate well with others and deliver work on time

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
