CLA is currently seeking an experienced Associate in National Accounting for Income Taxes (NAIT) to join our team.
How you’ll create opportunities in this Associate – National Accounting for Income Taxes (NAIT) role:
- Collaborate with teams and clients to provide customized income tax provision and tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
- Focus on engagement preparation and operational excellence.
- Drive day-to-day global tax provision and tax compliance workstreams with Seniors/Managers/Directors to ensure projects are progressing timely.
- Learn new software and / or help develop standardized templates and tools.
- Willingness to learn new tax concepts.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in professional accounting, finance, or related field required.
- Eligible to sit for the CPA license preferred.
- Experience with FASB Subtopic ASC 740 and/or International Accounting Standard 12 – Income Taxes preferred.
- ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) or other similar income tax provision software preferred.
- Background in corporate US tax compliance preferred.

The compensation range for this position in California is: $69,600.00 – $118,000.00
The compensation range for this position in Colorado is: $64,400.00 – $106,000.00
The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $59,100.00 – $106,000.00
The compensation range for this position in New Jersey is: $74,800.00 – $114,000.00
The compensation range for this position in New York is: $77,400.00 – $118,000.00
