As a Consulting Services Associate Manager, you will lead a team of consultants responsible for delivering Epicor products and managing client engagements. You will be responsible for setting objectives, coaching your team, and supporting both people management and technical leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • Set objectives, assign and prioritize work tasks for CS team members, and track progress while coaching on project delivery methods to accelerate backlog consumption and increase revenue
  • Provide input into the vision, strategy, and execution of Epicor’s consulting services business, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs
  • Monitor and communicate internal expectations on key business metrics, identify staff training and development needs, and help evolve CS processes and standards
  • Assist with sales and consulting questions during customer discovery, and support pre-sales presentations, services planning, proposal development, and work planning
  • Undertake consulting tasks related to your area of expertise and foster collaboration across teams to maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and success

What you will likely bring:

  • 7+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge in the software industry
  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing employees
  • 2+ years of EDI product support or consulting experience preferred
  • Ongoing technical certifications to stay current with industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Range:

Minimum: $70,000 USD Maximum: $200,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
