This position supports the development and execution of creative assets that ensure brand consistency across the PGA TOUR portfolio while helping bring campaigns and content to life across print, digital, and social channels.
This role partners closely with the creative team to translate concepts into high-quality design deliverables, contributing to marketing, advertising, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred
  • 1 year of relevant experience designing print, digital or social channels preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus)
  • Experience developing presentation materials (PowerPoint or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills and openness to feedback and creative direction
  • Curiosity and awareness of emerging design trends across print and digital
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or agency environments a plus
  • Passion for golf and sports a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the conceptualization and execution of creative assets across marketing, advertising, brand, and campaign initiatives
  • Design a range of materials including social graphics, digital ads, email visuals, presentations, and select print collateral
  • Assist in developing visual concepts, layouts, and storyboards based on creative briefs and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive creative solutions
  • Adapt and extend existing campaign creative across multiple formats and channels
  • Contribute to light motion graphics and animation for social and digital content as needed
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables while maintaining brand standards
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Work within project management systems to track progress and deliverables
  • Support asset organization, archiving, and file management across projects
  • Participate in team reviews, offering ideas and incorporating feedback to strengthen final output
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
