Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On- Perform day-to-day operations for partners, including but not limited to:
- Confirm, process and submit overcontribution request forms received from Empower
- Investigate flagged deferral inquiries and discrepancies
- Work with partner to calculate and fund missed earnings for missed deferral and match opportunities
- Assist in resolution of benefit inquiries/issues within the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) with external and internal partners, including:
- Evaluate and process eligible reversal requests
- Identify missed deferral opportunities and provide required compliance notices
- Identify missed match opportunities, calculate and charge ERs match amounts for funding
- Map deferrals to newly established entities to ensure continuity of retirement plan coverage
- Assist senior team members in building out internal benefit resources (help articles, training decks, etc.)
- Develop creative solutions for new issues with assistance from supervisors using available resources and systems
- Work closely with third party partner to resolve participant and adopter-level issues, improve processes and streamline data and reporting to ensure plan compliance.
- Partner with our Customer Service Organization, Product Support Specialists, and Legal teams to improve systems and resolve issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Excel or equivalent required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Process-driven and technologically savvy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience breaking down complex concepts to core details
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment:
- SQL knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of employer-sponsored benefit plans required
- Knowledge of financial operations a plus
- Experience in 401(k) required
- RPF certification, or equivalent strongly preferred
The base wage range for this position based inside the NYC-metro area is targeted at $32.70 to $35.97 per hour.
The base wage range for this position based outside the NYC-metro area is is targeted at $30.41 to $33.45 per hour.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
