- Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing comprehensive macroeconomic financial models.
- Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination.
- Manage existing client relationships, addressing daily operational inquiries with high professional standards.
- Collaborate with the team on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) are highly preferred.
- Active State Life & Health Insurance License is required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
- High coachability, strong active-listening skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Compensation & Professional Development
- Competitive income/ plus performance-based bonuses and joint-work splits.
- Dedicated training program, licensing sponsorship, and a clear 3-year track to Lead Advisor status.
- Estimated Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Compensation features a structured hybrid model, typically utilizing a starting base salary or draw program paired with performance bonuses, new business commissions, and joint-work payout splits.
