As an Associate DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our development and operations teams. You will be involved in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing version control systems, and monitoring system performance. A successful candidate requires experience in systems engineering and cloud automation, be a critical thinker, a scripter with strong coding skills that will be used to automate repeatable tasks. Job Duties
- Assist in setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Responsible for automating the infrastructure build in cloud environments.
- Participate in rotational 24x7 on call
- Perform root cause analysis for service performance incidents
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Learn and implement infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, K8s.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Implement security best practices in code deployment

Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- AWS/GCP Certification or Solution Architecture Certification are a plus.
- Direct experience building cloud-based infrastructure solutions in AWS or GCP with a strong governance model knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) and its fundamentals.
- Internship or project experience in DevOps or related fields.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
