We are looking to hire a Data Architecture Lead to design, develop, and govern the organization’s end-to-end data ecosystem. This role will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how data is collected, integrated, stored, and accessed to enable digital transformation, AI/ML, and advanced analytics initiatives.


Requirements
  • Define and execute the enterprise data architecture strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Establish data principles, frameworks, standards, and blueprints for scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms (cloud/on-prem/hybrid).
  • Partner with CIO/CTO and business leadership to ensure data architecture enables digital transformation and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Design and maintain data models, data flows, and integration patterns to support enterprise applications and analytics use cases.
  • Oversee data platform modernization initiatives, including data lake/data warehouse migration, cloud adoption, and data mesh/data fabric frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and data governance teams to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all data assets.
  • Define standards for metadata management, lineage tracking, data quality, and master data management (MDM).
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies and architectural patterns to support AI/ML and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices for data architecture, modeling, and engineering.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10–15 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise information management.
  • Proven experience in designing large-scale, cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, data lakes, data warehouses, and API/data integration.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern data tools and frameworks (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow).
  • Experience enabling AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives through robust data foundations.
  • Deep knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, and metadata management frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to align technical strategy with business goals.
