$160,135-$265,500 USD

- Responsible for defining a vision and initiatives to help customers make the best purchasing decisions for their pets.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and other product and business leaders across Chewy to build customer-focused web-based experiences and drive business growth.
- Use customer-first mindset to guide the development and delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.
- Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements.
- Transform customer and business insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap and prioritized product backlog ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals.
- Create objectives and define cadences to track performance of products and measure impact of product enhancements.
- Communicate enhancement impacts clearly across the organization and use results to drive prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics resources to deliver features with strong customer and business value.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 8 years of experience.
- Will also accept a Master's degree and 6 years of experience.
- Experience must include 6 years with: product management;
- Feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product;
- End-to-end product delivery;
- Owning/driving roadmap strategy and vision;
- Contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience must include 2 years with: identifying key product metrics, A/B testing and use of analytics platform like Tableau;
- Ecommerce;
- SQL;
- ML and data science.
