We’re looking for an Associate Director of Creative Production to lead and scale our sourcing and production function—connecting creative strategy to execution and ensuring every concept is captured efficiently, at scale, on budget, and with full-spectrum production fidelity. In this role, you’ll oversee how high-performing video content comes to life across content types including UGC, testimonials, organic viral formats, and studio shoots, fueling company growth across Meta, YouTube, CTV, and emerging paid channels.
This role sits at the heart of our Performance Creative organization and is ideal for someone who loves both creative execution and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead Production at Scale
- Own end-to-end production workflows from pre-production → shoot → post-production handoff
- Deliver high volumes of performance-optimized content across content types such as UGC, testimonials, organic, photoshoots, and brandformance
- Develop and produce new creative formats such as street interviews, sketches, skits, challenges, podcast-style ads, and high-fidelity studio campaigns
Build Scalable Systems
- Design production systems that balance speed, quality, and scalability
- Elevate production value to support expansion into YouTube, CTV, Amazon Video, and Linear TV
- Explore and pilot AI-driven tools to scale output without linear increases in cost or complexity
Own Creator & Sourcing Operations
- Lead creator and influencer sourcing for performance creative
- Brief creators clearly, manage timelines, negotiate rates, and ensure proper usage rights
- Continuously improve sourcing workflows to maximize creative quality and efficiency
Manage Budget & Resources
- Co-own the annual production budget with the Senior Director of Performance Creative
- Track spend, negotiate with vendors, and ensure adherence to budget targets
- Reallocate resources as priorities shift while maintaining delivery velocity
Lead & Develop the Team
- Lead and coach a 5-person Creative Production team, including managers and associates
- Drive clarity, accountability, and professional growth across the function
- Build a healthy, high-performing production culture
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner closely with Creative Strategy and Creative Operations (Editing & Design)
- Ensure smooth handoffs from idea → capture → edit → delivery
- Eliminate bottlenecks and maintain creative momentum
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in creative production, sourcing, or operations (DTC brand or performance creative agency)
- Proven ability to produce and source high-volume performance creative
- Hands-on experience managing creators, negotiating rates, handling production logistics, organizing remote or on-site shoots
- Track record of building and managing production teams (3+ people)
- Strong operational mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- (Bonus) Experience using AI tools to accelerate or enhance creative production
- (Bonus) Experience producing content for YouTube, CTV, or Linear TV
